Item availability is not guaranteed, kindly make sure to check if the new size you’re requesting is currently in stock online before making your request. All exchanges have a 100 EGP processing & handling fee.

Returns are allowed within 1 week of receiving your order. All tags must still be attached, item must be unworn, in the same condition as you received it. Otherwise, your return/refund will not be accepted. All returns have a 100 EGP processing & handling fee.

*Returns/refunds/exchanges take up to 7 business days to be completed once your request is approved. The only way to process your request is through email. We do not process returns/exchanges through Instagram.*

Our items are available exclusively on unipiece.shop or at pop-up shops that we announce publicly. That's the only way to authenticate your items. 

Cairo: 3-4 business days. All other cities in Egypt: 4-6 business days.
